Return and Refund Policy 

At Cali Stitch and Print, LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy below: 

Returns 

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. 

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. 

 

Initiating a Return: 

To start a return, please contact us at info@calistitchandprint.com. We will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. 

  • All returns must be sent to: 533 Airport Blvd. Suite 400, Burlingame, CA 94010. 
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues  

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at info@calistitchandprint.com if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item. 

We offer a free replacement or a full refund for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. When reporting an issue, please provide:

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect.
  • If multiple items are affected, include an image showing all affected items together. 

Important: 

  • Cali Stitch and Print, LLC is not responsible for incorrect size or color choices made by the customer. In cases of failed delivery, you may opt for a replacement (additional charges may apply) or a partial refund. 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders or print-on-demand items).
  • Sale items or gift cards. 

As a print-on-demand company, all products are custom-made upon order placement. Returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated for size, color, or preference-related issues.

Exchanges 

To exchange an item, return the original item following the return process above. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item. 

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
